This is a prototype of a 120/240VAC powered brushless DC motor controller. The motor runs from rectified line voltage and is controlled by six IGBTs and a microcontroller. The unit uses PID and trapezoidal motor profiles. There are eight external user inputs and five relay contact outputs. |
