	Precision Design can custom design, program, and manufacture small motion controllers to suit your needs. We can design around brushed DC or brushless DC motors (sensor or sensorless) with voltage inputs up to 340VDC (240VAC) and power up to 10HP utilizing the latest MOSFET, IGBT, and HVIC technologies. Current limiting, torque and speed control, braking, and customer specified inputs and outputs can be incorporated. Inputs and outputs typically include digital "on/off" control as well as 4-20mA and 0-10VDC inputs and outputs for command and feedback purposes. Please contact us to discuss your application. 	Often times in multiple stepper motor systems that operate from a single pulse the current sourcing (or sinking) capability of most PLC positioning cards is not adequate. Precision Design offers a pulse buffer unit that accepts 24VDC input and provides up to 2.1A output at 12VDC. This system has been effectively used on machinery with 36 stepper drives and is only limited by the input impedance of the stepper drives themselves. Please contact us for pricing and delivery.

	This simple 4-20mA current loop transmitter allows for testing and calibration of systems that use analog sensors such as pressure. A simple potentiometer allows for proportional current output of 4 to 20mA. Span and zero can be set by two screwdriver accessible trimmers.
